HEALTH, LIFESTYLE & STRESS MANAGEMENT APP DONATED TO BOSTON FRONTLINE HEALTH WORKERS

BOSTON, Mass., May 12, 2020 – RestoreResilience, a new mobile app launched to help
people working from home and essential workers cope with stress, anxiety, nutrition and health,
has donated 1,000 free memberships to Boston Medical Center.

“As people working from home and essential workers struggle for creative ways to cope during
these difficult times, we are offering help through our platform to keep people connected and
healthy,” said Cheryl Morrison Deutsch, President and Chief Experience Officer of Zillion,
which recently launched the RestoreResilience app. “Our essential workers need our support.
Boston Medical Center’s mission, as the largest safety-net hospital in Boston, means that these
providers of care are seeing some of the most difficult cases during this pandemic. We
understand that these caregivers need to have an outlet to focus on themselves and their lives, we
want to make sure that they have this tool available to them as a way to help them manage their
stress, sleep and nutrition. We thank them for all they are doing as they help the community
confront this COVID-19 pandemic.”

RestoreResilience is a 12-week program that offers virtual coaching on stress management, sleep
habits, nutrition, exercise and wellness. Boston Medical Center, along with other regional and
national companies representing a cross-section of industries, and over 20,000 employees, now
have access to this program. Along with the donation of memberships to Boston Medical Center,
a portion of the fees from other customers are being donated to local charities that support
displaced workers.

With many feeling overwhelmed and isolated, RestoreResilience provides innovative methods to
stay healthy, including four-minute workouts, live face-to-face community video sessions,
grocery shopping tutorials, personalized 1-to-1 coaching and more. The program helps users
create a new framework for their stay-at-home lives, keeps them connected and provides them
with trusted, vetted information they can use to improve their health, stress and lifestyle.

Employers make the app available to employees for confidential, voluntary sign up. Users are
paired with coaches and can interact with other members to find tips on managing the day-to-day
stress, avoiding emotional eating, how to prepare healthy meals for themselves and their families
and stay active during this challenging period.

The app was created by Boston-based Zillion, a digital healthcare technology company that
operates RestoreHealth, a popular telehealth and behavioral lifestyle management program that
helps people with chronic conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, heart disease and obesity.
